Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a shooting about 1:20 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of North 36th Street.
A police spokesman said a man in his 30s was shot and sustained critical injuries during a disturbance.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, the spokesman said.
