PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 25-2022 of a vacancy in the membership of the Board of Education of Turner Unified School District No. 202, Wyandotte County, Kansas. Such vacancy shall be filled by appointment of the Board of Education not sooner than 15 days following publication of this notice. Such appointment shall continue until April 7, 2015. Such vacancy exists by reason of the resignation of Mr. Dennis Peters, Jr. accepted on May 20, 2014. Interested patrons must submit a letter of interest to Connie Hijaz, Clerk of the Board, no later than Friday, June 13, 2014 at 800 South 55th Street, Kansas City, KS 66106. Interviews will be held by the Board of Education on Tuesday, June 17, 2014.
