A shooting at I-35 northbound and Cambridge Circle in Kansas City, Kan., was reported around 3:10 p.m. Saturday.
Police said when they arrived, they found a 29-year-old man in the passenger seat of a truck, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound to his head.
The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition and is expected to live, according to police.
The Cambridge Circle exit was closed while an investigation is ongoing.
