A class on garden photography is planned at 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, July 7, at the Wyandotte County Extension Office, 1216 N. 79th St., Kansas City, Kan.
Bruce Hogle will present the class, and the host is the Wyandotte County Extension Master Gardeners.
There is a fee of $5 payable at the door.
The class will show participants how to take beautiful photos of their gardens and closeups of flowers and wildlife. There will be information about using different lenses, filters and other photographic tools.
Hogle’s photos are regularly published in Kansas! magazine and calendar.
