An injury-accident was reported on Wednesday, May 7, on I-435 northbound just north of I-70 in Kansas City, Kan.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported that a Ford Fusion and a Ford Crown Victoria were northbound on I-435 about 8:35 a.m., when the Fusion struck the Crown Victoria and then the barrier wall.
A 32-year-old woman from Ft. Leavenworth, Kan., driving the Fusion was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the report.
A 53-year-old Kansas City, Mo., man driving the Crown Victoria was not injured, the report stated.
A 57-year-old New Orleans, La., man who was riding in the Crown Victoria had a possible injury, according to the report.
