Kansas City, Kan., police this morning released the names of four homicide victims in the 3000 block of South 36th Street.
The four were victims of gunshot wounds in a shooting at 11 p.m. Monday, March 7.
The victims have been identified as Jeremy D. Waters, 36, a resident of Miami County, Kan.; Michael L. Capps, 41, a resident of Kansas City, Kan.; Clint E. Harter, 27, a resident of Kansas City, Kan.; and Austin L. Harter, 29, a resident of Kansas City, Kan.
The suspect in the shootings, Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, near the intersection of Highway 19 and Interstate 70 in Montgomery County, Mo., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail. He is being held in connection with a fifth murder that occurred in New Florence, Mo. Randy J. Nordman, 49, of Montgomery County was found dead on Tuesday morning.
Four charges of first-degree murder were filed against Serrano-Vitorino on Tuesday afternoon by the Wyandotte County district attorney.
