The AAUW Satellite Chapter at Kansas City Kansas Community College is sponsoring a Spring Spa Day next week to raise money for scholarships.
The details of the fundraiser:
Spring Spa Day is Monday, May 5. Appointments are available from 2 to 6 p.m. by calling Ashley Amine (noon to 2 p.m.) at 913-288-7835.
Services are provided by the KCKCC Cosmetology Department, 6565 State Ave.
Services offered include pedicure, $15; manicure, $15; hair wash – blow dry, $10; hair wash – updo, $10; mini-facial, $5; brow wax, $5; lip wax, $5; chin wax, $5; and 50-minute personalized yoga session, $15.
AAUW Satellite members also will be selling $5 gift certificates.
