A Mazda vehicle hydroplaned and hit the barrier wall today, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
The vehicle was traveling westbound on I-70, east of K-7, about 3:28 a.m. Feb. 2 when the crash occurred, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver, a 28-year-old woman from Topeka, Kan., was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the report.
A passenger in the Mazda, a 34-year-old man from Kansas City, Mo., was injured and taken to the hospital, according to the report.
