This week, the Kansas City, Kan., Public Schools released a new mobile app to help parents, students and the community keep in touch with the district.
Some of the features of the app include:
· Access to the main KCKPS calendar
· A complete directory of schools
· News stories
· Push notifications about school closings
· School lunch and breakfast menus
· Access to SchoolLoop and Pinnacle (grade and attendance tracking systems)
· Employment opportunities
The app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices. Find it in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store by searching for “KCKPS” or “Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools.”
