The victim of a homicide on Jan. 11 in the 4000 block of Fisher has been identified, according to a Kansas City, Kan., Police Department spokesman.
The victim was Irvan W. Cole, 33, a resident of Kansas City, Kan., the spokesman said.
Cole was found by police officers deceased outside when they responded to a call at 1:58 a.m. Jan. 11 in the 4000 block of Fisher, according to the spokesman. Cole had been shot, the spokesman said.
