The Kansas Lottery drew the winning number today for the Holiday Millionaire Raffle.
The number drawn was 143333, and the person who holds the ticket will win $1 million, according to lottery officials. The $1 million ticket was sold in south central Kansas, lottery officials said.
In addition to the $1,000,000 top prize, today’s raffle drawing produced 20 winners of $5,000, 25 winners of $1,000, and 2,500 winners of $100.
The Kansas Lottery reminds players to sign the back of their tickets and to keep them in a safe place until they are checked or claimed. Raffle tickets may also be checked at any Kansas Lottery retail location, including Check-A-Ticket machines, or by calling the Kansas Lottery at 785-296-5700.
This year’s Holiday Millionaire Raffle also included 11 Early Bird drawings, resulting in 11 winners. One $10,000 Early Bird prize remains unclaimed. The unclaimed ticket number is 086227.
Players must present their original tickets to claim a prize. Players with $100 winning tickets can claim them at most Kansas Lottery retail locations. The $1,000,000 grand prize, $10,000 Early Bird prize, $5,000 prizes and $1,000 prizes must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Topeka, either in person or by mail.
Lottery headquarters will be closed Jan. 1 for the New Year’s holiday, and will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4. Players have 365 days from the date of the drawing to claim winning tickets.
