Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan., is experiencing some intermittent phone trouble at its hospital today, according to a note on its Facebook page.
According to a spokesman, some of the phone calls are getting through, but at other times there is a busy signal, and some callers apparently received an erroneous message that the phones were disconnected. The phones are not disconnected, according to officials.
The hospital was hoping to have the problem resolved later today.
