A Topsy’s Popcorn shop and the Perfume Palace have opened pop-up stores at The Legends Outlets in time for the holiday season, according to a Legends spokeswoman.
It’s just for a short while — the new stores are for the holiday season only, according to officials.
Topsy’s will be in a 2,955-square-foot space at 1803 Village West Parkway, Suite M-105. It is near Saks Off 5th store.
Topsy’s features gourmet popcorn, including buttered, rich caramel, spicy cinnamon, tangy cheese and caramel popcorn with pecans or peanuts.
Perfume Palace is a pop-up in a 6,700-square-foot space at 1867 Village West Parkway, Suite D-105. It is near Charming Charlie and the Yard House.
According to the spokeswoman, Perfume Palace has a large collection of discount perfumes and colognes, up to 60 percent off. Brand-name perfumes, a specialty in all French perfumes, and rare perfumes such as Pheromone and Trussardi are offered.
The Legends Outlets, located at I-70 and I-435 in Kansas City, Kan., has about 1.2 million square feet of retail space.
