The victim of a fatal accident on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at I-35 and Cambridge Circle has been identified.
The victim who died in the accident was Allan R. Alley, 54, a resident of Shawnee, Kan., according to a Kansas City, Kan., police spokesman.
Another occupant of the vehicle was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, the spokesman said.
The vehicle was northbound on Cambridge when it lost control and rolled, ejecting one of the occupants.
The accident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit – Critical Collision Response Team.
