Joe Reardon, Kansas City Area Transportation Authority executive director and former Kansas City, Kan., mayor, will be the guest speaker at the Nov. 12 luncheon of the Fairfax Industrial Association.
The meeting will be from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at the Board of Public Utilities offices, 540 Minnesota Ave.
Reardon will speak about the KCATA, while the Board of Public Utilities will give an update on the electrical infrastructure improvements in the Fairfax area.
The sponsor of the meeting is the Fairfax Drainage District.
The cost of the luncheon is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers.
