A second round of storms is moving through Wyandotte County at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 24, and part of the area is under a flood advisory.
The flood advisory is in effect now through 3:30 p.m. Thursday for eastern Wyandotte County, according to the National Weather Service.
Heavy rainfall in the area may lead to minor flooding, the weather service said, especially along small streams and near low-water crossings.
Residents are advised not to drive into areas where the water covers the roadway.
