Two persons were in critical condition after a car crashed into a tree at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department said.
A black Mercury Sable was eastbound on Central Avenue when it left the roadway and struck a tree, the spokesman said.
Three victims were taken to hospitals, with two in critical condition, according to the spokesman.
The accident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit – Critical Collision Response Team.
