A 22-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman was injured this morning after her vehicle rolled over on I-70, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
The trooper’s report stated that the woman, who was westbound on I-70 between Lecompton, Kan., and Topeka, Kan., was reacting to another vehicle that had moved from the left lane to the center lane.
The driver made an abrupt maneuver to the right in her Chrysler four-door vehicle, then went sideways, struck rocks and the embankment, and rolled over, the trooper’s report stated.
She was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the report.
