Police investigating quadruple shooting near South 11th and Kansas Avenue

Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a quadruple shooting about 8:45 p.m. Monday, April 21, in the 600 block of South 11th Street.

The four gunshot victims all had non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospitals, a police spokesman said.

Police said they do not believe the shooting was related to a fatal shooting that took place around 5:20 p.m. near 9th and Minnesota Avenue.

So far, there are no suspects and motives in the quadruple shooting, the police spokesman said.
