Library in the Park Festival gets underway in downtown KCK
Originally published Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015 The Library in the Park festival was getting underway in downtown Kansas City, Kan., on Saturday morning. The free family event includes a taco tasting contest, music, activities for children and booths. The event is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Big Eleven Lake, 11th and State.
