Motorcyclist injured in I-70 collision

A Chrysler 300 was stopped in traffic when it was rear-ended by a motorcycle at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, on westbound I-70 near the 18th Street exit in Kansas City, Kan.

According to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report, the driver of the motorcycle, a 26-year-old man from Grandview, Mo., was injured and taken to a hospital.

The driver of the Chrysler, a 32-year-old man from Independence, Mo., was not injured, according to the report.
