A Ford sport utility vehicle struck the rear of a semi truck in an accident on westbound K-10 in Johnson County at 9:59 a.m. Sept. 8.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report, the driver of the SUV, a 23-year-old woman from Belton, Mo., was injured and taken to a hospital.
The driver of the semi, a 60-year-old man from Edwardsville, Kan., was not injured, according to the report.
