A public hearing will be held at 5 p.m. today, July 27, on the Unified Government and Community Development Block Grant budgets.
The public hearing will be held in the Commission Chambers, lobby level, City Hall, 701 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kan.
The UG administrator proposed a $323 million budget with no mill levy rate increases.
The UG Commission may hold a budget workshop after the public hearing tonight.
A vote and adoption of the UG budget is scheduled at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 30, at the Commission Chambers in City Hall. There might be a budget workshop at 5 p.m. before the meeting.
