An exquisite fireworks display followed an almost-perfect game during almost-perfect weather on Friday evening at CommunityAmerica Ballpark in Kansas City, Kan. The Kansas City T-Bones beat the Gary SouthShore RailCats 2-0 in a two-hitter on July 3. There were 6,624 people in attendance. The winning pitcher, Mike Nannini, signed with the T-Bones earlier in the day. Ryan Cavan hit two doubles to provide fireworks for the T-Bones. The two teams play again at 7:05 p.m. Saturday, July 4, with a fireworks display afterward at CommunityAmerica Ballpark.
