The Wyandotte County Third Saturday Democratic Breakfast will meet Saturday, June 20, at a new location, Las Islas Marias, 7516 State Ave.
State Sen. David Haley and State Rep. Kathy Wolfe Moore will be the speakers. Rep. Wolfe Moore is the Wyandotte County legislative delegation chair.
The breakfast buffet will be available at 8:15 a.m. and the program will begin at 9:15.
The cost for the breakfast is $10; or $7 for students and those on limited income. All Democrats are invited to attend.
Reservations are requested by Friday, June 19. Reservations help plan for attendance, but are not necessary to attend. To RSVP, email [email protected]. Those who attend do not need to purchase a breakfast.
The group will be meeting at Las Islas Marias in June and July. It is located at the former site of Casa de Alvarado, where the breakfast began 11 years ago.
