Eastbound I-70 over the 46th Street bridge in Kansas City, Kan., has now reopened to two lanes of traffic.
Emergency bridge repair work was completed this morning, and the roadway reopened to two lanes of traffic, according to a Kansas Department of Transportation spokesman.
