The Sisters, Servants of Mary, held a major fundraiser on Sunday. More than 475 people attended this annual event.

The Sisters, Servants of Mary do a lot for Kansas, City, Kan., and Wyandotte County.

This summer festival helps them raise money for a lot of programs that they do within the community. The sisters help individuals and families in the community and throughout Greater Kansas City, providing home health nursing. They do not charge for nursing care.

The annual fundraising event was from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday behind their headquarters on North 18th Street in Kansas City, Kan.
