The man who died after being tasered at a parking lot in the 1300 block of Quindaro Boulevard and taken to a hospital has been identified.
Police said the man’s name was Randall C. Torrence, 34, of Kansas City, Kan.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit, according to a spokesman.
