Police officers and citizens will be recognized for their service at the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department Awards Ceremony at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 28.
The ceremony will be at Memorial Hall, 600 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kan.
About 53 award recipients will be honored at the ceremony.
