A lunchtime walk is planned by the Downtown Shareholders today.
After meeting at noon at the 7th and Minnesota Transit Plaza in downtown Kansas City, Kan., the group will walk on Minnesota Avenue.
Jim Schraeder, Gould Evans vice president, will discuss plans for the Downtown Parkway District project while on the walk.
Those participating are invited to bring a sack lunch while they stop at Big Eleven Lake for a quick picnic. The walk will end at 1 p.m.
