The victim from a homicide on May 14 in the 3400 block of North 59th Terrace has been identified, police said.
The victim was Luis Martinez-Rosales, 31, a resident of Kansas City, Kan., a police spokesman said.
His death is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit, which is encouraging anyone with information to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
