Man indicted on meth charge

Domingo Uriarte Jr., 38, Kansas City, Kan., has been charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom’s office.

The crime is alleged to have occurred April 28, 2015, in Kansas City, Kan.

If convicted, he faces a penalty of not less than 10 years and a fine up to $10 million. The Drug Enforcement Administration investigated. Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Trent Krug is prosecuting.
