A westbound Chevy Cobalt hydroplaned and hit the bridge rail about 9:03 p.m. Thursday, May 7, on I-70 east of K-7 in Wyandotte County, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
The driver, Berkley D. Criqui, 19, of Council Grove, Kan., was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the trooper’s report.
No other injuries were reported in the accident, according to the report.
