A Cinco de Mayo parade and festival is planned at 11 a.m. May 9 in downtown Kansas City, Kan.
The festival runs until 11 p.m. May 9. The event is sponsored by Brotherhood Bank and Bonito Michoacan.
The parade floats will line up at 4th and Minnesota Avenue. The parade route is along Minnesota Avenue from 4th to 18th Street.
Judges will be at the Bonito Michoacan Restaurant at 14th and Minnesota.
