The victim of a homicide on Saturday, April 4, in the 1700 block of Short Avenue has been identified as Glenn J. Rugley, 37, of North Kansas City, Mo., police said.
Rugley was found dead from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle in Kansas City, Kan., police said on Sunday.
The incident remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit, a spokesman said. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
