An injury-accident was reported at 10:38 p.m. Friday, March 27, on I-435 near Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kan.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report, a Mitsubishi Galant was on the ramp from Parallel Parkway to I-435 southbound when the driver took her eyes of the road, causing her to drive off the road and into the middle of I-435, where she collided with a Honda Odyssey.
The driver of the Galant, a 47-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman, was taken to a hospital in Overland Park with a possible injury, according to the report.
The driver of the Honda Odyssey, a 33-year-old woman from Overland Park, was taken to a hospital I Kansas City, Kan., with a possible injury.
Three passengers in the Odyssey, a 9-year-old boy, a 7-year-old girl, and a 4-year-old girl, all from Overland Park, Kan., also were taken to the hospital with a possible injury.
