The victim from a homicide on March 19 in the 800 block of North 70th Street has been identified, according to a police spokesman.
Melinda Bates-Fuller, age 37, was a resident of Kansas City, Kan., police said.
The homicide remains under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit. Anyone with information regarding the incident is encouraged to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
