The Kansas Supreme Court is accepting public comment until April 12, 2015, on a proposed rule change to clarify how district courts treat personally identifiable information in marriage licensing documents that the courts maintain.
The proposed changes to Rule 106 are available for review on the Kansas judicial branch website at www.kscourts.org under the heading What’s New.
