Kansas City, Kan., police today identified a homicide victim from March 7 as Len W. Mitchell Jr., 21, a Kansas City, Kan., resident.
Police responded to reports of shots fired at 3:10 p.m. March 7 in the 1800 block of Rowland. They found a man dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Another man also was founded wounded.
