A Kansas City, Kan., man was in an accident at 8:47 a.m. Feb. 17 when his vehicle slid off the road at 182nd Street and Metro Avenue near Tonganoxie, Kan., in Leavenworth County.
The 58-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was taken to a hospital in Kansas City, Kan., with a possible injury, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
He was driving a Toyota car when he slid through the intersection, striking the ditch, according to the trooper’s report.
