An open house on the Minnesota Avenue streetscape improvements project will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, at the Kansas City, Kan., Area Chamber of Commerce office, 727 Minnesota Ave.
The public may attend and ask questions about upcoming improvements to Minnesota Avenue.
