A 22-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was arrested about 10:38 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, in Platte County, Mo.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol records, the man was charged with possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, two outstanding warrants, failure to display valid plates, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt.
