Police request public’s help to identify suspects

Police are requesting the public’s help to identify two suspects in an aggravated robbery at 3:42 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1, at a Valero gas station, 2101 Metropolitan Ave., Kansas City, Kansas.

The gas station is near the Silver City Apartments.

One suspect was described as being dressed in black and armed with a revolver, police said. The second was wearing a grey graphic hoodie, yellow and pink socks with no shoes, according to police, and armed with a handgun.

The vehicle was a white 2000 to 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo. with a defect above the passenger-side wheel and paper tags that were removed before the robbery, according to police.
