A homicide investigation is underway in the 1700 block of North 58th Street, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department spokesman.
Officers were dispatched on a shooting call at 12:37 a.m. Wednesday, according to the spokesman.
When they arrived, officers found an adult male victim deceased inside a home, the spokesman stated.
A person of interest is currently in custody, according to the spokesman.
The location is north of State Avenue and south of Parallel Parkway.
