A homicide in the 800 block of Kindelberger Road on Monday night is under investigation, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department spokesman.
Detectives are investigating the homicide, the spokesman stated. Officers were dispatched to the area on reports of a shooting at 10:01 p.m. Monday, June 13, according to the spokesman.
When they arrived, officers found an adult male in the parking lot with apparent gunshot wounds, the spokesman stated. The victim died at the scene, according to the spokesman.
A steel business is in the 800 block of Kindelberger.
Sources said it was a domestic violence case.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Major Case Unit is investigating. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS, the spokesman stated. All tips will remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward, according to the spokesman.
