Rue21 is opening at Legends Outlets at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 26, with a ribbon-cutting preceding the opening.
A women’s and men’s apparel and accessories retailer, the store will carry casual and trendy items.
The first 100 customers who make a purchase will receive a Rue21 tote.
Also, a disc jockey will perform from noon to 5 p.m. on Thursday.
