An injury-accident was reported at 6:30 a.m. Monday, March 14, on southbound I-635 near Orville Avenue, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
A Chevy Uplander was southbound on I-635 in the far right lane and was negotiating a curve when the driver lost control, according to the trooper’s report. The vehicle ran off the road to the right and became disabled in the ditch, the report stated.
A 32-year-old male passenger in the vehicle had a possible minor injury and was taken to the hospital, according to the trooper’s report. The passenger was from Overland Park, Kansas.
The driver, a 39-year-old Smithville, Missouri, woman, had no apparent injury, according to the trooper’s report.
