Accidents reported on area highways KC Scout is reporting accidents on eastbound I-70 near 110th Street at 6:37 p.m. Sunday, March 6. Winter weather returns A little bit of sleet was seen on the ground in parts of Wyandotte County around 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The National Weather Service forecast says there is a 70 percent chance of rain Sunday, and a 100 percent chance of snow after 8 p.m. Sunday into Monday. From 1 to 3 inches of snow are possible. More snow may fall south of I-70. The temperature at 5 p.m. was 37 degrees. Tonight’s low will be 25.
