The best chance for snow will be early Thursday morning. Snow is more likely north of I-70, while a wintry mix and rain is more likely south of I-70, the weather service said.

Wednesday night, there is a 40 percent chance of rain before 2 a.m., then a chance of rain and snow, according to the weather service. The low will be around 32 with an east northeast wind of 5 to 9 mph. Between a tenth and quarter-inch of precipitation is possible.
Thursday, there is a 30 percent chance of snow, possibly mixing with rain after noon, then gradually ending, the weather service said. The high will be near 39 with a north wind of 6 to 8 mph. Less than a tenth of an inch of precipitation is possible.
