The Kansas City, Kansas, Branch of NAACP will meet Dec. 3 at the Kansas City, Kansas, Public Schools, District 500, administration building at 59th and Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas.
The executive board meeting will be at 6 p.m., followed by the annual membership meeting at 7 p.m.
All members are encouraged to attend and invite others to the meeting. The year-end meeting includes a potluck dinner.

Kansas City, Kansas, police are requesting assistance in identifying a man for questioning in connection with an armed robbery in the area of Parallel Parkway and Hutton Road.
The man was described as balding, in his late 30s to early 50s, with a full beard including some white in it, and a stocky build.
The man was wearing a Texas Longhorns hoodie or pullover-type jacket.
Police said the man should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about the incident or suspect is asked to call Detective Jeremy Shepard a 913-573-6063 or the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
Police cautioned persons who see him not to approach the man, but to call 911.
